Alongside many gallery solo shows Johan Furåker, SE (1978) has exhibited solo at institutions like CAPC in Bordeaux and Espace pour l’art in Arles, France and at Kristiansand Kunsthall in Norway. He has also exhibited at Cneai in Chatou in France and at Reykjavik Art Museum in Iceland, Hämeenlinna Art Museum and Turku Art Museum in Finland, KUBE in Ålesund, Gallery North Norway in Harstad and at Vestfossen Kunstlaboratorium.
